Supervisor, T&O (Lamphun)

KEY OBJECTIVES

• Coordinate with Production to determine optimal production schedule and to ensure schedule adherence.
• Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in Site Master Planning, Scheudling, Production, and Materials Management.
• Ensure correct translation of 4-week plan into weekly while collaborating effectively with Production.
• Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best capacity utilizing.

KEY DUTIES

• Ensure the readiness of master data and planning parameter
• Maintain skill matrix list with Scheduling team and Production
• Create routine reports to support Supply Chain decision – Capacity T&O overview report, Capacity analysis report, Inventory aging report and Safety stock report.
• Participates in change management committee and provide timeline or raise concern in term of T&O and MRP perspective. Also ensure that changing is occurred strictly following timeline
• Ensure that production order will be prepared in the right quantity by the right itme
• Define constrained process and provide alternate solution
• Ensure that workload on constrained process is properly managed in order to maximize capacity utilization included centralize process. 
• Monthly review the Inventory turn-over and WIP level
• Participate in T&O meeting to share demand trend, prioritize and demand balancing with Scheduling and Production. Also sharing about skill constraint and capacity requirement in medium term period.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply chain, Logistic or related,
• Minimum working experience 2-3 years in Scheduling, Producion Planning or Logistics management,
• Good teamwork,
• Proficient in Microsoft AX, Advanced Excel and other ERP,
• Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewellery experience is preferred),
• Knowledge in ERP or APS system,
