We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Industrial management, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in Lean & Six Sigma, Process Development, Process Improvement or Testing Engineer especially in the area of production manufacturing or jewelry would be more advantage.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within Production Manufacturing.
- Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- A track record of successful requirement improvement projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
