We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Supervisor, Production to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, excellent data analysis capabilities, engineering logic, and the creativity to analyze data and present improvements. This role will be crucial in optimizing our production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use engineering logic and creativity to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to production challenges.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Data Science, Statistic, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret production data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
