Supervisor, Production (FE2)

Imagine being part of the Production Team for the world’s largest jewelry brand! If you have experience in Production Manufacturing with expertise in casting, metallurgical engineering, and material science. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production management and a deep understanding of casting processes and material properties. This role will be instrumental in overseeing production operations and ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes. You could be our next Supervisor, Production (FE2) in Lamphun.

Production Management:

• Oversee and manage daily production operations, focusing on casting processes.
• Ensure production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.

Casting Expertise:

• Apply advanced knowledge of casting techniques to optimize production processes.
• Identify and resolve issues related to casting defects and quality deviations.
• Implement best practices in casting to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

Metallurgical Engineering & Material Science:

• Utilize metallurgical principles to analyze and improve material properties.
• Conduct material tests and analyses to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance the performance and durability of cast products.

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the production team.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

We love that you are…

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with a focus on casting.
• Deep understanding of casting processes, metallurgical principles, and material properties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using production management and analysis software.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
