- Oversee and manage daily production operations, with a focus on casting processes.
- Ensure efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance in all production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth and timely workflow.

- Lead improvement projects to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field of Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with a focus on improvement process.
- Deep understanding of casting processes, metallurgical principles, and material properties. (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using production management and analysis software.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive results.

You will be part of a Production Engineer team and report to the Manager, Product Engineer - BU1/PM(Lamphun), who also oversees overall plant processes and improvement.
