- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, industrial engineering or technology or related field.
- Expert technical guidance to develop and implement a strategic plan for facilities and wastewater maintenance aligned with the organization's goals, emphasizing quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Lead and manage the facilities and wastewater maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure the effective and reliable operation of facilities and wastewater management, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team, identifying opportunities to enhance facilities and wastewater management performance and operational efficiency.
- Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, equipment and tools, to ensure optimal facilities and wastewater management maintenance and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee inventory levels for spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability for maintenance needs.
- Manage the maintenance budget, make informed decisions to optimize costs, allocate resources effectively, and contribute to financial sustainability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in wastewater treatment maintenance, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- English communication skill with a Can-Do attitude.
- Able work well under high pressure within limited timeline.

You will be part of a team of tooling improvement and report to the Senior Manager, Production Excellence Head, who also oversees overall plant processes and improvement.
