- Lead and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to optimize processes and achieve operational efficiency.
- Develop and present business cases to support project proposals and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Facilities Management (FM) teams by analyzing and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify technical designs for CI initiatives.
- Analyze data using Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and prepare reports using other Microsoft Office tools.
- Implement and maintain PLC systems to enhance production efficiency and automation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of CI projects.
- Handle administrative and project-related documentation with attention to detail.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Industrial-related fields.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in project management and business case development.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and problem-solving skills to facilitate effective communication with FM teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and modifications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with PLC systems is a strong advantage.
