  • Lead and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to optimize processes and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and present business cases to support project proposals and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management (FM) teams by analyzing and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
  • Utilize CAD software to create and modify technical designs for CI initiatives.
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and prepare reports using other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Implement and maintain PLC systems to enhance production efficiency and automation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of CI projects.
  • Handle administrative and project-related documentation with attention to detail.

 

We love that you are…

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Industrial-related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in project management and business case development.
  • Basic understanding of machine maintenance and problem-solving skills to facilitate effective communication with FM teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD software for design and modifications.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems is a strong advantage.
