Key accountabilities

• Perform verification and calibrate of measuring equipment to be in accordance with the time plan. Ensure all measuring equipments can be used in manufacturing with accurate and reliable result
• ดำเนินการทวนสอบและสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัด ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือวัดที่ใช้งาน ให้ผลการวัดที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำและเชื่อถือได้

• Calibrate measuring equipment in all aspects such as dimension, weight, electrical, temperature, chemical and etc.
• สามารถสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัดได้ทุกด้าน เช่น ด้านขนาด, ด้านน้ำหนัก, ด้านไฟฟ้า, ด้านอุณหภูมิ, ด้านเคมีและอื่นๆ

• Measure of precious metal content from the internal granulation process according to regulatory requirement.
• ตรวจสอบส่วนผสมโลหะมีค่าจากขบวนการผสมโลหะตามข้อกำหนด

• Maintain and improve of measuring/calibration device to be always in a ready for use condition.                                                                                           
•  ดูแลรักษาซ่อมบำรุง และปรับปรุงเครื่องมือวัดและเครืองมือสอบเทียบ ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
• Coordinate, recall and deliver measuring equipment to be in accordance with the time plan and no any uncalibrated measuring equipment  or in expire period  are used in the manufacturing area      ประสานงานเรียกคืนและส่งมอบ อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือวัด เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน และต้องไม่มีเครื่องมือที่ไม่ผ่านสอบเทียบ หรือเกินกำหนดถูกใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต
• Inspect of inhouse plastic items, stamping items, and alternative processes items and ensure right quality deliver to next customer.                                   
• ตรวจสอบชิ้นงานพลาสติก, ชิ้นงานขึ้นรูปโลหะและชิ้นงานจากกระบวนการทางเลือกที่ผลิตภายในองค์กร และมั่นใจในคุณภาพที่ถูกต้องได้ถูกส่งมอบไปยังลูกค้าลำดับถัดไป
• Develop and strengthen skills and knowledge enough to work effectively                                                                                                                                 
• พัฒนาและเสริมสร้างทักษะและความรู้ให้เพียงพอในการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ                           

Qualification

•  Vocational Certificate, Diploma, High school or equivalent. ปวช. ม.6 ขึ้นไป
• At least 1 year of experience in the calibration of measuring tools มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัดอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• Work as a team and good interpersonal skills การทำงานเป็นทีมและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• Good in Logical thinking, analysis, decision making and problem solving. สามารถคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ วิเคราะห์ ตัดสินใจ และแก้ปัญหาได้ดี
• Listens and responds constructively to other team members’ ideas. รับฟังและตอบสนองต่อความคิดของสมาชิกทีมคนอื่นอย่างสร้างสรรค์
• Able to solve problems quickly, in time, and formulate guidelines for preventing recurrence สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้รวดเร็วทันเวลาและกำหนดแนวทางป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำ
• Skills and cunning to monitor quality มีทักษะและไหวพริบในการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพ
• Able to work in shift rotation.สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
