Specialist Safety Engineering (Lamphun)

As a Specialist, Safety Engineering, you will ensure a safe and compliant working environment by developing and implementing effective safety systems, conducting risk assessments, and leading safety initiatives across the manufacturing site.

1. Safety Program Development

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, policies, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.

2. Risk Assessment & Machinery Safety

• Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses.

• Identify potential workplace hazards and establish preventive measures.

• Assess machinery operations, promote safe work practices, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

3. Management of Change (MOC)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes on safety, health, and environment.

• Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during change implementation.

4. Safety Inspections & Audits

• Perform regular safety inspections to detect and correct potential hazards.

• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve safety issues promptly.

5. Incident Investigation & Reporting

• Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses.

• Analyze findings to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.

6. Regulatory Compliance

• Stay up to date with occupational health and safety laws, standards, and regulations.

• Ensure that all operations and activities comply with legal and company requirements.

7. Emergency Response

• Support the development and testing of Emergency Response Plans (ERP).

• Coordinate safety drills and promote preparedness across departments.
