Specialist Safety Engineering (Lamphun)
As a Specialist, Safety Engineering, you will ensure a safe and compliant working environment by developing and implementing effective safety systems, conducting risk assessments, and leading safety initiatives across the manufacturing site.
1. Safety Program Development

Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, policies, and procedures.

Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
2. Risk Assessment & Machinery Safety

Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses.

Identify potential workplace hazards and establish preventive measures.

Assess machinery operations, promote safe work practices, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
3. Management of Change (MOC)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes on safety, health, and environment.

Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during change implementation.
4. Safety Inspections & Audits

Perform regular safety inspections to detect and correct potential hazards.

Work closely with relevant departments to resolve safety issues promptly.
5. Incident Investigation & Reporting

Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses.

Analyze findings to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
6. Regulatory Compliance

Stay up to date with occupational health and safety laws, standards, and regulations.

Ensure that all operations and activities comply with legal and company requirements.
7. Emergency Response

Support the development and testing of Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
