  • Be the technician’s expertise and involve effective leadership, coordination, and strategic planning to ensure the wastewater maintenance team operates at high efficiency.
  • Proficiency and guiding the team's day-to-day activities, providing technical guidance and maintenance activities planning.
  • Integrating new technologies, evaluating financial feasibility, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, and maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental, industrial engineering or technology or related field.
  • Expert technical guidance to wastewater technicians, assisting in complex problem-solving and ensuring adherence to best practices in maintenance.
  • Good collaborative leader and coordinate the wastewater maintenance team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Implement strategic plans for wastewater maintenance, aligning with organizational objectives and driving continuous improvement.
  • Introduce and promote innovative maintenance practices to enhance machine reliability, optimize performance, and extend equipment life.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate new technologies into maintenance processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the financial feasibility of proposed maintenance projects, considering costs, benefits, and potential return on investment.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including supervisors, technicians, other departments and Contractors/Service Providers, to ensure alignment of maintenance activities with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations to create a secure work environment.
  • Identify training needs and wastewater treatment skill development programs for machine technicians, ensuring a high level of competence within the team. o Monitor the performance of wastewater treatment maintenance activities, analyze key performance indicators, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities and provide regular reports to supervisors, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize the efficiency of maintenance processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall team productivity.
  • Act as a point of contact for addressing escalated technical issues, wastewater treatment timely and effective problem resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in wastewater treatment maintenance, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
  • English communication skill
  • Able work well under high pressure within limited timeline
