Specialist, Utilities Engineer (Lamphun)

Key accountabilities:

ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบหลัก • Key objectives: o Implementation plants with sufficient, HVAC, and utility engineering capabilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations o Implementation effective and optimal operations of machines, utilities, and other general facilities within production plants • Key duties: o Ensure smooth operations of Utility and services across designated buildings. o Preventive & Corrective maintenance in utility machines and serve production with good efficiency. o Improve machine and Maintenance of utility system for the purpose of reducing machine breakdown. o Check information on electricity usage and various utility systems of new machinery and plan to install electrical systems and Utility systems to be ready for use. o Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans. o Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. o Provide technical support to utility technicians, offering guidance and training. o Contribute to long-term maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals. o Coordinate with the production team and implementation of maintenance systems; repair / fix machines-related systems failures and coordinate with procurement and supplier for difficult failures under the responsible area. o Manage resource allocation for optimal efficiency. o Monitor team performance through KPIs. o Report the problem to the manager and supervisor of maintenance and inform the local maintenance coordinator. o Provide feedback and address performance issues. o Collaborate with Program & Innovation Engineer for innovative practices. o Support the implementation of new technologies. o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

o Prepare regular performance reports. o Enforce compliance with safety policy and regulations. o Ensure all activities perform is under compliance (ISO, 5’S, Safety, Energy saving, related compliance)Address and develop the organizational capability needs to maintain a high standard of service maintenance. o Do other jobs from management/ Mgr. and supervisor require in special cause.
