Specialist, Utilities Engineer (Lamphun)

Imaging being where you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and oversight for the utilities infrastructure at our production facility in Lamphun.

Key objectives:

  • Implementation plants with sufficient, HVAC, and utility engineering capabilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations

  • Implementation effective and optimal operations of machines, utilities, and other general facilities within production plants

Key duties:

  • Ensure smooth operations of Utility and services across designated buildings.

  • Preventive & Corrective maintenance in utility machines and serve production with good efficiency. o Improve machine and Maintenance of utility system for the purpose of reducing machine breakdown.

  • Check information on electricity usage and various utility systems of new machinery and plan to install electrical systems and Utility systems to be ready for use.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. o Provide technical support to utility technicians, offering guidance and training.

  • Contribute to long-term maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Coordinate with the production team and implementation of maintenance systems; repair / fix machines-related systems failures and coordinate with procurement and supplier for difficult failures under the responsible area. o Manage resource allocation for optimal efficiency.

  • Monitor team performance through KPIs.

  • Report the problem to the manager and supervisor of maintenance and inform the local maintenance coordinator.

  • Provide feedback and address performance issues.

  • Collaborate with Program & Innovation Engineer for innovative practices.

  • Support the implementation of new technologies.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

  •  Prepare regular performance reports.

  • Enforce compliance with safety policy and regulations.

  • Ensure all activities perform is under compliance (ISO, 5’S, Safety, Energy saving, related compliance) Address and develop the organizational capability needs to maintain a high standard of service maintenance.

  • Do other jobs from management/ Mgr. and supervisor require in special cause. ( Ex. Disney job/ Safety/ compliance/ other job)

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater or power systems

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Utilities Engineer or similar role in the manufacturing sector

  • Strong technical knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes, power generation systems, and waste management technologies

  • Proficient in data analysis, performance monitoring, and process optimization

  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor more junior staff

  • Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
