Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Lamphun Plant)

  • Represent TA Department and support TA & Employer Branding for site Lamphun
  • Oversee end to end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding (in coordination with HRBPs)
  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with HRBPs to identify critical positions and build talents pool
  • Assist business with key steps of the talent acquisition process including interview assistance, performing first screening of candidate profiles, identifying shortlisted candidates and conducting interviewing activities, tests and personality assessments to ensure capability of potential candidate
  • Implement talent acquisition strategy and service for full cycle recruitment Execute sourcing strategies/ techniques through all media chanel to build qualified candidates pipeline and strengten talents resource pool
  • Ensure talent acquisition process is align with policies and procedures
  • Build strength on talents pool of critical positions
  • Analyse efficiency talent acquisition chanel to supply the potential candidate
  • Prepare offer recommendation and get approval from authorize person



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource (HRM/HRD), Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the recruitment / talent acquisition field
  • Experienced in recruitment agency is preferred, and full skill to Interviewing, Sourcing and Negotiation
  • Good English communication self-confident, and skill to Microsoft Office
  • Drive the solution to most complex business problems
  • Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
  • Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
  • Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
  • Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
