Key Objectives

Ensure the safety and security of all company assets, facilities, and employees.

Coordinate effectively with local operations to implement security initiatives and raise employee awareness.

Strengthen security measures to support business continuity and enhance customer confidence.
Key Duties
-
Execute tasks in alignment with the company’s security strategy and plan.
-
Respond to emergency situations (e.g., fire, protest, theft, or threats) in accordance with company procedures.
-
Conduct incident investigations (theft, fraud, or security breaches) and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
-
Update and maintain security procedures, policies, and implementation plans for the site.
-
Oversee key activities such as security committee meetings, internal/external audits, and site inspections to promote awareness.
-
Coordinate with production teams to ensure proper security support and implementation.
-
Partner with HR (Employee Relations) on disciplinary investigations as needed.

Conduct security and safety trainings for employees and contractors and lead preventive programs on site.

Prepare monthly reports on guard KPIs, incidents, and overall security trends for the Senior Manager, Security.

Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements related to security operations.

Professional Qualifications

Strong understanding of security contract management and vendor coordination.

Knowledge of security systems, tools, and equipment.

Experience in physical security management in a manufacturing environment (minimum 3 years).

Knowledge of security business processes and human resource coordination.

Skilled in leadership, negotiation, teamwork, and communication.
-
Experience in security case investigation or coordination with government authorities is an advantage.

You will be warmly greeted with over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewellery brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a team of 28 people and report to Manager, CAD who also oversee 27.
