  • Lead the implementation and integration of new machinery and advanced technologies into existing operations, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Develop and implement innovative maintenance strategies and best practices tailored to advanced machinery, enhancing equipment reliability and performance.
  • Equip the maintenance team with the necessary skills and knowledge through comprehensive training programs focused on new technologies and machinery.
  • Optimize maintenance processes to reduce downtime, improve machine availability, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Implement cost-effective maintenance solutions, monitor maintenance expenditures, and contribute to the reduction of operational costs while maintaining high standards of machinery performance.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or technology or related field.
  • At least 2-3 Year experience in Maintenance Machine & Automation
  • Experience in Project management and Budget control
  • Experience in new machinery designs, develop and maintain mechatronic systems integrating mechanical, electronic
  • Good knowledge of software components for innovative solutions in automotive, manufacturing, robotics, and consumer electronics industries
  • Good understanding in safety regulations and industry standards
  • Good problem solving, analytical thinking and project management
  • Good coordination and English communication skill
  • Able work well under high pressure within limited timeline
  • Effective communication with a Can-Do attitude

You will be part of a team of tooling improvement and report to the Senior Manager, Production Excellence Head, who also oversees overall plant processes and improvement.
