Specialist, Internal Communication (Lamphun)

Key Objectives; 

  • Develop and implement internal communication contents for a range of projects, initiatives and campaigns both online and offline to create employee awareness, understanding and engagement as per PPT direction specifically for Lamphun plant
  • Creative Content Management

Key Duties;

  • Proactively develop contents/stories from key stakeholders that support internal communication plans and aligned with company’s direction specifically in Lamphun
  • Mainly in-charge for Radio Pandora, digital signage, and PA system in Lamphun
  • Responsible for DJ Search Project at Lamphun
  • Ensure the up-to-date/trendy internal communication
  • Write, edit and proofread content for internal communication channels (Email, Newsletter, Lamphun Radio Programs, INFORA, Pop-up Screen, Digital Signage) and digital media (facebook, group line) before the release
  • Produce and provide contents from Lamphun plant for a weekly e-newsletter (Pandora Connect)
  • Plan and implement digital and social media campaigns & gamification for Lamphun plant as per appropriateness
  • Ensure the proper use of corporate brand visual identity (BVI) in Lamphun
  • Liaise with other functions for appropriate creative content development focusing at Lamphun plant
  • Develop analytics online tools as well as suvey to measure channels’ success and target audiences’ satisfaction
  • Support CSR and corporate event at Lamphun when needed
  • Support VDO filming / photo shooting / enhance images as needed using photography software



  • Bachelor’s Degree of Mass Communications/PR or related,
  • Experience to Internal Communication Management, Creative Content,
  • Ability to lead radio program, digital signage and PA system,
  • Fluent in both English & Thai communication and good presentation skill,
  • Having skill of using Adobe Premier Pro and Lightroom would be advantageous.
  • Technology-savvy and passion for digital and social media,
  • Strong writing, copy-editing and proofreading skills.
  • Stakeholder Management, communication skills, self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change,
  • Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs,
  • Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity.
