Strategic results
- Understanding and received policies from management to comply with the strategy to deliver key functional objectives in alignment
- Create and Execution project to deliver Plant/Company KPI (Productivity , Cost ,Quality, FROT , Lead time).
- Understanding current and new machine performance/specification for enhancement/development/improvement.
Best-in-class manufacturing
- Received polices to continue producing best-in-class jewelry and implement best practices to ensure consistency across production units.
- New initiative process / Tooling for delivery Plant /company KPI.
- Monitor and audit the performance of processes and equipment and make recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability.
- Investigate, recommend and justify new technologies, manufacturing methods and equipment to meet competitive business needs and improve efficiencies.
- Create and sustain the optimized layout and workflow for expand capacity/ capability.
- Support testing and provide technical information to related team for alternative sources both material per assigned.
- Applying Lean Six Sigma (LSS) knowledge in the project(s).
- Create and define new working procedures, key process control.
Customer centricity
- Support manager and deliver the best of PANDORA, innovate & adopt new manufacturing techniques and stay true to design objectives.
Financial results
- Ensure low production cost, on-time delivery, and high production quality.
- Project management and budget control of each project.
Collaborative
- Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take responsibility and ensure effective collaboration with all functions.
- Coordinate with key person of each section to participate and support project activities.
- Interpersonal skill set to coordinate with many types of people to achieve target.
- Work with vendors and internal resources to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase and installation of equipment, materials or parts for new products.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or technology or related field.
- At least 2-3 Year experience in Continuous Improvement
- Experience in Project management and Budget control
- Good problem solving, analytical thinking and project management
- Good coordination and communication skill
- Green belts certify is preferred
- Able work well under high pressure within limited timeline
- Effective communication with a Can-Do attitude
