Qualifications…

  • High Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in machine setup, maintenance, or automation engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems, mechanical design, and production processes
  • Experience in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement techniques
  • Familiarity with OEE, TPM, and 5S is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

You will be warmly greeted with over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewellery brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a Production Excellence team and report to the Supervisor, Alternative Manufacturing Process Engineer (Lamphun), who also oversees overall production machines.
