  • วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา ตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุ พร้อมดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ

  • ดูแล บำรุงรักษา และจัดเก็บแม่พิมพ์ ดาย เครื่องจักร และเครื่องมือให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ

  • ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติการใช้งานเครื่องจักร เครื่องมือ และแม่พิมพ์ใหม่สำหรับการผลิต

  • จัดทำและเก็บเอกสารการซ่อมบำรุงและการผลิตอย่างถูกต้อง เช่น ใบงานและคู่มือการทำงาน

  • ติดตามประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร (OEE) และการหยุดเครื่อง เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI ด้านการผลิต

  • ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้าน 5ส และความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ทำงานทุกส่วน

  • แสวงหาวิธีปรับปรุงกระบวนการ ลดเวลาและต้นทุน เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิต

  • วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. ขึ้นไป สาขาเครื่องกล , ช่างกลโรงงาน หรือสาขาแม่พิมพ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไปด้านแม่พิมพ์ เช่น การฟิตติ้งแม่พิมพ์ ระบบการทำงานของแม่พิมพ์ การซ่อมแม่พิมพ์ และการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์

  • มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน,การตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร เช่น ปั๊มขึ้นรูปโลหะ, ฉีดพลาสติก , CNC 3 แกน , CNC 5 แกน, CNC กลึง ,กัด ,กลึง, 3D ปริ้น และ เครื่องจักรต่างๆ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี.

  • มีประสบการณ์ในการตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร การซ่อม และการบำรุงรักษา เช่น เครื่องปั๊มโลหะ เครื่องฉีดพลาสติก CNC เลเซอร์ตัด 3D Wax Printing หรือ 3D Metal Printing

  • มีความรู้เรื่องการใช้เครน

  • มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Office, CAD/Drawing, โปรแกรม CNC, Top Solid, SolidWorks

  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้

  • Support smooth, high-efficiency production and ensure products meet quality standards

  • Set up molds and machines for production readiness and quality assurance

  • Troubleshoot issues, verify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions

  • Maintain, repair, and store molds, dies, machines, and tools to ensure reliability and readiness

  • Inspect and accept new machines, tools, and molds/dies for production use

  • Keep accurate repair and production documents (e.g., build sheets, work instructions)

  • Monitor machine performance, OEE, and breakdowns to meet production KPIs

  • Ensure 5S and safety compliance in all work areas

  • Seek ways to improve processes, reduce time and cost, and expand production capabilities

We love that you are…

  • Vocational Certificate or higher in Mechanical, Mold, or related field

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in mold fitting, mold repair, and maintenance

  • Experience in machine setup, repair, and maintenance (Stamping, Plastic Injection, CNC, Laser Cutting, 3D Wax Printing, 3D Metal Printing, etc.)

  • Have experience in using, setting up machines, repairing and maintaining machines such as Stamping, Plastic injection, CNC 3 Axis , CNC 5 Axis, CNC Turning ,Milling ,Turning, 3D printing and various machines.

  • Knowledge of crane usage

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, CAD/Drawing, CNC program & coding, Top Solid, SolidWorks

  • English communication ability
