What you will…

  • ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและตามรอบ เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

  • แก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร ตรวจสอบสาเหตุ และซ่อมแซมอย่างทันท่วงทีเพื่อลด Downtime

  • บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุงอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิงในอนาคต

  • ค้นหาและเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ ความเสถียร และความปลอดภัยของเครื่องจักร

  • ประสานงานกับทีมผลิต วิศวกรรม ซัพพลายเออร์ และผู้รับเหมา เพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

  • ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย และให้ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการแก้ไขปัญหาแก่พนักงานปฏิบัติการเครื่องจักร

We love that you are…

  • จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส., ปริญญาตรี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านเครื่องกล/ไฟฟ้า

  • มีประสบการณ์ 2–3 ปี ในงานบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร ทั้ง Preventive / Service / Breakdown

  • มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง และซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

  • มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย และมีใบรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และบริหารเวลางานได้อย่างเหมาะสม

  • สื่อสารชัดเจน แก้ปัญหาเป็นระบบ และมีใจรักในการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ

  • ทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมบริหารงานซ่อมบำรุง และ Microsoft Office ได้ดี

  • ความคุ้นเคยกับเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและซอฟต์แวร์วินิจฉัยเครื่องจักร

  • ประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับ (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

  • ความสามารถในการเดินทางตามความจำเป็นของงาน

  • ทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทยในระบบที่ดีและอังกฤษพื้นฐาน

  • ใบรับรองช่างไฟฟ้า (กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน)

  • Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and contractors to support smooth operations.

  • Promote a strong safety-first culture and provide basic training to machine operators.

We love that you are…

  • Qualified with a Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical fields.

  • Experienced (2–3 years) in machine maintenance across preventive, service, and breakdown tasks.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting, repairing machinery, and improving performance.

  • Knowledgeable about safety practices, with relevant certifications being a plus.

  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and great at collaborating in a team environment.

  • A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and a continuous‑learning mindset.

We love that you have…

  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools used for machine troubleshooting.

  • Experience in jewellery manufacturing (a plus).

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Good command of Thai and Basic English communication.

  • Required certificates: Electrical competence (DSD)
