Officer, Tooling Coordinator (Lamphun)

Location: Lamphun

Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies and propose improvements to the overall process flow and special utilization based on Pandora Manufacturing principles.
• Perform time, rout, machine, tool and layout studies and update correct standards.
• Responsible for review documentation for manufacturing standard of work.
• Evaluate data collection systems, make recommendations and updates.
• Support production in regard to the fixture and tooling design.
• Utilize AutoCAD to develop facility layout, drawings of production and support area per assigned.
• Supporting weekly reports.
• Conduct special tasks as assigned such as prepare PR, PO, HRMS, and create a journal

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production or process engineer,
• Experienced on jig fixture and tooling is preferable,
• Experience in coordination and communication with team,
• Technical competency in analytical, problem solving skills, process management, change management and advanced statistical techniques is a plus,
• Able to work under pressure with a limited timeline,
• Understanding in cost and budgeting
• Fair in English communication
• Good Computer Skills in MS. Office/CAD/CAM, AX2012.
