Key Responsibilities
- Production Efficiency & Quality
- Ensure high-efficiency production with quality outputs that meet specifications and standards.
- Supervise production to ensure quality in both development and mass production phases.
- Machine Maintenance & Reliability
- Maintain and improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of machines to support productivity and delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and storage of molds to keep them in optimal condition.
- Setup & Troubleshooting
- Set up molds and machines to ensure production readiness and quality.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Data Management & Improvement
- Record repair and maintenance data for future process enhancements.
- Identify new work methods and processes to reduce time and increase production efficiency.
- Equipment Management
- Participate in the inspection and acceptance of new machines, tools, and molds.
- Procure and maintain tools and equipment to support high-quality production.
- Standards & Safety
- Ensure the work environment complies with 5S and safety standards.
- Promote a safe working environment and foster a culture of safety awareness.
- Continuous Improvement
- Expand production capabilities to include new product groups and improve production rates while reducing costs.
- Develop production-related documents, including build sheets and work instructions.
Educational Background
- Minimum Requirement: Vocational Certificate (ปวช.) or higher.
- Preferred Field: Mechanical Engineering, Mold Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in mold fitting, operational systems, repair, and maintenance.
- Experience in using, setting up, repairing, and maintaining machines such as:
- Stamping
- Plastic Injection
- CNC
- Laser Cutting
- 3D Wax Printing
- 3D Metal Printing
- Familiarity with crane operations.
Personal Competencies
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety protocols.
- Positive work attitude with a focus on development and improvement.
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CAD, drawing tools, CNC programming, and coding.
- Familiarity with software such as TopSolid and SolidWorks.

หน้าที่หลัก:
- ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและตามรอบเพื่อลดการหยุดทำงานของเครื่องจักร
- แก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรที่ขัดข้องทันที
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานให้ปลอดภัย
- บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุงอย่างละเอียด
- ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักรให้เหมาะสมที่สุด
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานและผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิต
- ฝึกอบรมผู้ปฏิบัติงานในเรื่องการบำรุงรักษาเบื้องต้น
- เข้าร่วมการทดสอบเครื่องจักรใหม่และจัดเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนใช้งาน
- จัดทำเอกสารปฏิบัติงาน เช่น คู่มือและแบบฟอร์มที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ:
- มีประสบการณ์ 2–3 ปีในงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาและการซ่อมแซม
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติอุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานซ่อมบำรุงหรือมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- การตั้งค่าและแก้ไขปัญหา
- ตั้งค่าเครื่องจักรและแม่พิมพ์ให้พร้อมผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิตเมื่อเกิดความผิดปกติ
- การปรับปรุงกระบวนการและข้อมูล
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุงและเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
- ค้นหาวิธีการลดเวลาและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต
- มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและการจัดเก็บเครื่องมือ
- รับผิดชอบพื้นที่การทำงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน 5ส. และความปลอดภัย

คุณสมบัติการศึกษา
- ปวช. หรือสูงกว่า
- สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล แม่พิมพ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านแม่พิมพ์และเครื่องจักร เช่น Stamping, Plastic Injection, CNC, Laser Cutting, 3D Wax Printing, 3D Metal Printing อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ในการใช้เครน
