Officer, Production Engineer FN (Lamphun)

Location: Lamphun

Purpose of the role:

• Coordinate with concern team for testing new product to achieve on target.
• Support monitor, tracking, investigate & improve new product in SOV Phase
• Coordinate with concerns team to finding optimize routing, tooling, and technic for new product and expand to D-Phase.
• Finding solutions for day-to-day issues and informing concerned members.
• Weekly communication all information from handover package, design intense, AQ sharing to align to Team Leader & Team Member.
• Support Cycle Training to Master Trainer (FN Production)
• Cooperates and works collaboratively among peers and teams.

Key accountabilities:

• Working under pressure and short lead time for new product testing.
• Complexity and varieties of new products
• Apply logic and technical skill to manage & solving issue for drive output to target.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• At least 1-3 years experience in manufacturing, NPI, Production, Process Engineer position or at least 5 years or above for backgroud in jewelry production background. 
• Good knowledge in jewellery production process
• Good understand Engineering methodology and improvement techniques
• Have analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good coordination and communication skill
• Have computer skills such as Microsoft Office etc.
• Fair of both written and spoken English.
