As an Officer, Product Engineer , you will be responsible for optimizing both CAD designs and solid parts to ensure alignment with production scalability. You will take a technical approach to encourage and guide your team in product and process design while ensuring conformity with production requirements.

  • Oversee product design optimization for CAD models and solid parts, ensuring conformity with large-scale production requirements.
  • Lead product analysis efforts, defining and determining the initial control plan.
  • Provide essential product information such as design intent and technical requirements to relevant teams.
  • Analyze and resolve product issues to support continuous improvement and production efficiency.
  • Serve as the LPN representative, communicating product solidification concerns to all stakeholders.
  • Recommend effective problem-solving approaches for both the product development phase and production phase.
  • Support the CAD team with technical guidance, focusing on production capability, quality, and other essential factors.
  • Provide dimensional and technical input for measurement tooling design to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Expertise in CAD and solid part design, with proficiency in Rhino software for 3D modeling and design.
