Officer, Product Engineer FE1 (Lamphun)

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Product Testing & Delivery:
   • Execute the new product SOV testing phase.
   • Support and execute pre-production sample testing and handover packages, ensuring they meet established criteria.
   • Manage the new product D testing phase, ensuring timely launch to mass production with handover packages that meet criteria. (BB Plant)
2. Product Master Optimization:
   • Collaborate with the team to design and optimize the Product Master sprue, ensuring it meets the quality and suitability requirements for mass production.
3. Process Optimization:
   • Execute and develop parameters, process routing, and tooling for new products based on test results, ensuring they align with mass production processes.
   • Ensure proper hanging, parameters, consumption, and plating programs for new products (BB Plant).
4. Work Instruction & Monitoring:
   • Provide work instructions and training to teams for new product mass production.
   • Monitor, track, investigate, and improve new product testing processes to achieve set targets and optimize efficiency.
5. Information Summary & Handover:
   • Collect, summarize, and present information and testing results for new products, ensuring alignment with the production team and readiness for mass production.
6. Standard Time & BOM Accuracy:
   • Capture standard time and verify the accuracy of the Bill of Materials (BOM) for material planning and master data preparation.
7. Product Master Feedback:
   • Provide feedback and recommend changes to the Product Master based on testing results to ensure a smooth transition into mass production.
8. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
   • Support the company’s C&S strategy by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
   • Assist the supervisor in other assignments and project needs as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 1-2  years of experience in product testing, process optimization, and mass production, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
