  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
  • Perform scheduled service maintenance to address wear and tear and keep machines in optimal condition.
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive measures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency and implement relevant enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, such as equipment suppliers and contractors, to support production goals.
  • Provide training to machine operators on basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements in machine maintenance and apply relevant innovations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the maintenance team and promote continuous learning.
