Create and manage the master plan for New Product Development (NPD) in line with milestone timelines.

Create job cards and maintain testing schedules according to the master plan, including overall control of testing quantity and plans.

Ensure scheduling plans are optimized for effective resource utilization.

Provide prompt support to testing teams, identify issues, and support improvements, including system-related problems.

Monitor, alert, and manage shopfloor control and testing plans to ensure delivery within timelines.

Communicate product testing status and disposition of products on hand.

Monitor and adjust stock levels of selected raw materials.

Prepare daily and weekly reports to update project and testing status.

Create job cards based on Product Engineer requests for retesting and test parameter updates.

Monitor and manage job card aging.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Manage changes to data and processes to ensure alignment with core business processes.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across functions and key stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization.

Strong data analysis skills (Power BI, Dashboard, Excel, PowerPoint).

2–3 years of experience in a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Good command of Thai and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Strong planning and calculation skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
