In this role, you will be shaping our production capabilities and pushing the boundaries of technical innovation.

  • New Technology & Process Implementation: Lead the introduction of advanced technologies and efficient processes to boost production capacity and align with strategic goals.

 

  • Product Development Review: Oversee product development, providing alternative manufacturing solutions to enhance new product launches.

 

  • Resource & Initiative Management: Manage validation, testing, and final decision-making for new manufacturing initiatives to ensure seamless integration into mass production.

 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to co-develop alternative processes that meet performance targets.

 

  • Tool Engineering & Maintenance:

              - Drive continuous process improvements and optimize machine efficiency.

              - Ensure tools and dies in alternative processes are ready for large-scale production, with a focus on maximum efficiency and both preventive and corrective maintenance.

              - Design and develop jigs and fixtures to support production improvement plans.

 

  • People Development: Provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Industrial management, or related field
  • Experience in implementing new technologies and processes to achieve manufacturing goals.
  • Strong background in engineering, tool maintenance, and process optimization.
  • Proven ability in people development and fostering collaborative work environments.

You will be warmly greeted by over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewelry brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a team of Production Engineer and report to the Senior Manager, Product Engineer - BU1/PM(Lamphun), who also oversees overall plant processes and improvement.
