  • Execute manufacturing quality strategies aligned with Crafting & Supply goals.
  • Drive a robust quality management system in compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and root cause analysis with long-term improvement plans.
  • Manage process and product audits, identify improvement areas, and oversee change processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and best practices.
  • Oversee in-process inspections for in-house alternative products.
  • Ensure calibration of gauges and measurement tools meets internal standards.
  • Lead quality enhancements based on customer feedback and complaint data.
  • Deliver meaningful quality performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and develop a high-performing quality team.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or related fields
  • Solid knowledge of quality management tools (e.g., PFMEA, Quality Control Plans, SPC)
  • Experience in jewelry or a similar manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Hands-on problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
  • A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and drive for continuous improvement

You will be warmly greeted by over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewelry brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a team of improving tooling and report to the Senior Manager, Production Excellence Head, who also oversees overall plant processes and improvement.
