Strategic Leadership
- Execute strategic decisions to support the Manufacturing Quality function in line with Crafting & Supply goals.
- Drive initiatives that align with the broader supply chain and production strategy.
Quality Control
- Oversee inspection processes to ensure on-time product delivery in full compliance with quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inspection and quality assurance.
- Engage in end-to-end product quality processes and integrate feedback into product and process improvement.
- Lead innovation projects to optimize inspection, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
- Make critical quality decisions to balance manufacturing capability and product requirements.
People Development
- Develop and inspire a high-performing team to support Pandora's quality vision.
- Promote a strong quality-focused culture throughout the organization.
Customer Satisfaction & Reporting
- Proactively address quality concerns and elevate prevention strategies to exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and respond to quality reports to drive continuous improvement.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control or quality management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally within jewelry or a relevant industry.
- Deep understanding of quality control principles and standards.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, change-ready, and committed to excellence.
- Effective communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage complexity while delivering exceptional results.

You will be warmly greeted by over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewelry brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a team of improving tooling and report to the Director, Manufacturing Quality (Lamphun), who also oversees overall plant processes and improvement.

Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people. To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople.
