  • Support the senior manager in driving strategic and tactical decisions for the production units, aligning resources to deliver key functional objectives in alignment with PPT strategic goals.
  • Support strategic projects across the company.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for improvement projects, including capacity expansion, ensuring project achievement, on-time delivery, and added value as planned.

Best-in-Class Manufacturing

  • Oversee and create best-in-class jewellery production operations, maintain high production standards, and adopt best practices to ensure continuous improvement across production units.

Customer Centricity

  • Support the senior manager in delivering the best of PANDORA by adopting new manufacturing techniques and staying true to design objectives.

Financial Results

  • Ensure low production costs, on-time delivery, and high production quality.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop business cases for improvement projects, ensuring reasonable investment and maximum value.
  • Plan and track CAPEX/OPEX spending according to budgetary planning.

Collaborative Efforts

  • Engage stakeholders in critical activities, ensuring effective collaboration across all functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align work processes for improvement, problem-solving, or new product readiness.
  • Assist production with pressing assignments by offering prompt actions and long-term solutions.
  • Support the Process Engineer team with long-term solutions for quality issues.
  • Assist in activities such as 5S and Kaizen.

People & Inspirational Leadership

  • Improve and sustain eNPS within the top quartile, developing a strong internal leadership pipeline with a focus on local talent.
  • Build a diverse and trust-based leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Support and coach team members to develop required knowledge and skills in industrial engineering (Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, data analytics, etc.).

  • Experienced with a minimum of 5-7 years in manufacturing, NPI, production, or process engineering, OR at least 10 years in production processes with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ERP, and Minitab (preferred).
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English.
