- Supervise and lead a production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production schedules.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration and performance.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and career growth.
We love that you are…
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field (open to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a production/manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production tools, systems, or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or other manufacturing practices).

You will be part of a team of tooling improvement and report to the Senior Manager, Production Excellence Head, who also oversees overall plant processes and improvement.

Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people. To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople.
