  • Drive KPIs within the responsible area and support shared KPIs to ensure on-time delivery with quality and cost efficiency

  • Execute and control production processes in compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and routing standards

  • Manage and control casting production processes to meet quality and operational requirements

  • Analyze production issues, implement immediate corrective actions, and establish long-term preventive measures

  • Monitor production performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets

  • Maintain strong shop floor presence and promptly report production issues to supervisors

  • Report daily production results versus plan and follow up corrective actions

  • Support and promote continuous improvement initiatives

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while acting as a role model

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and EHS standards

 

We love that you are… 

  • Experience in casting processes and operating casting-related machinery

  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience with teams of 10 or more

  • Degree in Engineering or related fields (high school diploma considered with strong experience)

  • Experience in jewellery manufacturing is an advantage

  • Strong people management, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Basic English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

  • Able to work in high-temperature environments and frequently enter casting areas

 

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • ผลักดัน KPI ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบและสนับสนุน KPI ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามแผน คุณภาพ และต้นทุนที่กำหนด

  • ควบคุมและดำเนินการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนการทำงาน (WI) และ Routing ตามมาตรฐานของ Pandora

  • บริหารและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตงานหล่อ (Casting) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน

  • วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในการผลิต กำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขเฉพาะหน้า และวางแผนป้องกันปัญหาในระยะยาว

  • ติดตามและตรวจสอบผลการผลิตรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

  • ดูแลและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่การผลิต พร้อมรายงานปัญหาและสถานการณ์ต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างทันท่วงที

  • รายงานผลการผลิตประจำวัน เปรียบเทียบกับแผนการผลิต พร้อมติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหา

  • ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement)

  • เป็นผู้นำและแบบอย่างที่ดี ให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมงาน

  • ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบ และมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม

 

คุณสมบัติ

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานหล่อ (Casting) และสามารถใช้งานเครื่องจักรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานหล่อได้

  • มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และดูแลทีมขนาด 10 คนขึ้นไป

  • วุฒิการศึกษาสายวิศวกรรมหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (พิจารณา ม.6 ขึ้นไป หากมีประสบการณ์ตรง)

  • มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

  • มีทักษะด้านการบริหารคน การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหา

  • สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และ Microsoft Office ได้ดี

  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)

  • สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความร้อน และเข้าพื้นที่ห้องหล่อได้เป็นประจำ
