Wholesale Manager
The Wholesale Manager is responsible for leading and developing the wholesale multibrand network across France, while owning and growing the Disney key account, a strategic pillar for the company. The role combines commercial leadership, team management, strategic thinking and cross-functional coordination, with the objective of driving sustainable growth, strengthening partnerships and optimizing the wholesale strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Wholesale Network Leadership
- Lead and develop the wholesale multibrand network across France (approx. 250 points of sale).
- Directly manage three Wholesale Reginal Managers and support their performance and development.
- Stabilize like-for-like performance
- Drive network expansion
- Strengthen partnerships with multibrands and enhance long-term collaboration.
2) Key account management
- Review and optimize commercial strategies with key account partners.
- Explore development opportunities
3) Disney Key Account Management
- Lead Disneyland Paris key account
- Manage and lead the Disney sales teams.
- Drive revenue growth and strategic development of this key account.
- Coordinate product assortment
4) Cross-functional Collaboration & Facilitation
- Act as a wholesale facilitator internally, ensuring strong alignment across teams.
- Work closely with Merchandising to be a proactive force on product assortment strategy.
- Collaborate with Finance on Budgets and forecasts
- Lead or contribute to transversal or global projects
