Visual Merchandising Specialist
Reporting to the Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager, this role ensures the operational implementation of the Visual Merchandising plan in points of sale specific to the region, while respecting the global image of PANDORA.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Adapt global Visual Merchandising guidelines to suit market needs
- Manage the product set-up preparation, the shooting process and building localised guidelines for All networks ( Retail, Wholesalers and new partners…)
- Liaise with merchandising and marketing to ensure all key products are focal and highlighted with relevant collateral.
- be in charge of the definition and orchestration of campaigns : definition of campaign needs, creations, organising master files, wording
- Responsible for cascading VM specific contents (general ways of VM) to the relevant stakeholders within the organization (sales dept, DSM & RSM, SM), aimed at aligning in-store practices and implementations.
- Evaluate the Visual Merchandising strategy through implementation reports from stores and through store visits: giving feedback and sharing learnings with the Sales Team, Merchandising team, Global Marketing team.
- Propose in-store activations
- Conduct VM training sessions
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure regular updates and strong implementation of our Marketing Strategy
- Liaise with the global VM team on all VM related topics, collaborating closely and effectively on campaigns and new projects.
- Regular competitor report specifically looking at VM & styling
- Responsible for the registration of all costs related to VM activities and the budget monitoring.
MORE ABOUT YOU
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within a multinational Retail company.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (with focus on Excel, Powepoint, Photoshop)
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong proficiency in Visual Merchandising: Strong eye for styling, composition and have a commercial focus to ensure all set ups are ideal for sales
- Fast learner, able to pick up product knowledge quickly and accurately, personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
- You’re a team player and you have experience working across large matrix organisations
- Good organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required, with experience in project management
