Sales Training Analyst and Coordinator
Location: Paris La Défense
The Sales Training Analyst & Coordinator plays a key role in planning, monitoring, and evaluating training initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives. This position combines analytical responsibilities with operational coordination to support the Sales Training department and enhance the effectiveness of retail teams.
Reporting to the Sales Training Manager Western Europe (France, Spain, Portugal), your main responsibilities will include:
Training Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze training results and performance metrics to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly track completion rates and prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
- Evaluate training materials and recommend enhancements based on feedback and best practices.
Program Coordination
- Plan and schedule training activities according to business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Retail teams to define rollout dates, implementation timelines, and evaluation processes.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for all training sessions.
Communication and engagement
- Promote training initiatives across internal networks and during commercial meetings.
- Gather feedback from retail teams to understand challenges and adapt programs accordingly.
- Share our feedback and results with the Global Training team based at Pandora’s headquarters in Denmark.
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify innovative training practices.
- Monitor and manage the training budget effectively.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Cross-functional teamwork and adaptability
- Knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage; Portuguese is highly appreciated.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in reporting tools including Excel and Power BI.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Synthesia, and Kahoot is a plus.
