As the Retail Operations Specialist, your main mission is to plan, coordinate, and execute operations related to the activities of the France stores. You will be responsible for project management aimed at optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing the customer experience, and contributing to revenue growth.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

 

Project Management:

  • Ensure coordination between different teams involved to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate, plan, and supervise the implementation of store openings and closures.
  • Deployment & daily animation of the new internal communication tool.

 

Optimization of processes related to the life of our network and partners:

  • Manage orders for consumables, uniforms, and any other items necessary for the operation of our stores.
  • Analyze existing operational processes and propose improvements.
  • Implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure the proper management of partnership contracts for franchisees.

 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop periodic reports on budgetary progress.
  • Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

 

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, legal, sales, and finance teams.
  • Ensure effective communication with different departments within the company.

 

MORE ABOUT YOU

 

  • University degree in business, management, or a similar field.
  • Fluent French and English required.
  • 3-5y of experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
