Retail HR Business Partner 

Paris, France

 

Reporting to the HR Manager, France, you will act as the point of contact for Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Divisional Sales Managers (DSM) and the store population, advising in people management, headcount management, legal aspects, people performance and career pathways as well as managing general HR activities. Working closely with the sales department, the HR Retail Business Partner actively supports discussions about company best practices and supports change management projects within the retail space.  

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

The Retail HR Business Partner role focuses largely on three main areas of responsibility :  

 

Recruitment, Management & Development

 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to support Store Managers in recruitment for new openings, turnover and seasonal activities 

  • Advise managers in induction activities and support them in setting up the learning process for employees 

  • Act as a champion for Pandora’s values, and involve staff in living these values 

  • Identify employees with high potential for growth opportunities 

  • Analyse staffing needs  

  • Coach and support staff in-store, as well as regional sales managers, providing learning on the job with the support of our Training team 

 

Labour Law Aspects

 

  • Manage the disciplinary process involving Store Managers, regional sales managers and regional directors 

  • Manage contractual aspects related to the retail population 

  • Manage legal practices and labour law issues 

  • Manage relationships with Trade Unions  

  • Ensure HR Compliance across the region  

 

Administration 

 

  • Support the Payroll & Administration activity of managing issues related to contracts, administrative activities or policies 

  • Be the first Point of Contact for store staff  

  • Monitor the correct use of HR systems and support on administrative tasks and practices  

  • Implement Compensation and Benefits plans in line with the company and regional strategy  

  • Support the communication of company policy information  

  • Track related invoices / purchase orders and be responsible for the budget 

  • Provide required analyses, reporting and documentation for projects 

 

MORE ABOUT YOU

 

  • 5+ years of experience in HR - talent management, HRBP, generalist, employee relations

  • An understanding of working in a matrix environment with international working relationships 

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint) 

  • Good knowledge of National Collective Bargaining Agreement, labour laws and litigation
