Paid and Owned Media Specialist
Owned & Paid Media Specialist - Spanish market (based in Paris)
The Paid Media Specialist Spain reports to the Paid & Owned Media Manager, Western Europe, and will be responsible for digital and offline campaigns planning, creation, delivery and analysis across all platforms on a full funnel approach, both on branding and performance. They will work with media agencies to maintain strong brand presence in the market with online and offline levers. They will be in charge of steering agencies on performance (qualified traffic acquisition through SEA, paid social advertisements, retargeting, affiliation etc.) as well as driving more brand awareness and consideration.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- · Support the Marketing team on defining the media strategy (offline/online) on local level
- · Drive our agencies on offline and online media, and set up, deliver and follow up campaigns in your market
- · Be responsible for planning and on-time delivery of each paid media campaign, briefing media agencies together with other team members.
- · Monitor closely budget, spends and invoicing process.
- · Ensure regular spend optimization through analysis and close communication with Ecommerce & sales teams
- · Support dynamic performance evaluations and analysis of all campaigns (media and ecoms KPIs), analyze dashboards and provide weekly and monthly reports with the help of agencies and global tools
- · Contribute to the operational management of content and PR paid support for Spain with our our creative content specialist, our internal graphic design studio, and the PR team on paid and owned social accounts
- · Work closely with the creative content specialist, and external agencies to ensure the delivery of the best assets for your campaigns on time
- · Work alongside the owned content and creative specialist, to support the performance of local social account
- · Implement global AdTech and other digital tools, test and platforms when required and with the support of the Mediaplanner
MORE ABOUT YOU
- · 5+ years’ experience in managing digital campaigns preferably in an international environment
- · Ideally experience working in media agency, or a retail, fast fashion, ecommerce or an FMCG organization
- · A mandatory experience in the Spanish market
- · You speak English and Spanish (mandatory).
- · Experience working in digital and social media, and supporting on a variety of paid & owned media campaigns
- · Ability to prioritize, manage time and organize
- · Solid experience with digital data analysis and budget monitoring
- · Knowledge of Google Ads, Marketing Platform and Ads Manager is a plus
- · Experience analyzing campaigns on ADOBE, GA etc. is a plus
- · Strong skills on MS Office
