The Owned & Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the definition of the content calendar and campaign setting for our owned local channel (FB) ensuring a commercial alignment with local needs and supervising community management agency as well as delivering all creative assets for paid media campaigns in collaboration with agencies and graphic designer, and using Global platforms. They will report to the Paid & Owned Media Manager Western Europe and will be a part of a larger Marketing team of 35 professionals.

 

OFFLINE

  • Contribute in media campaign setting and local adaptation to market
  • Responsible for the adaptation of global communication materials

ONLINE

In relation with agency:

  • Responsible for setting up social media (SoMe) creative assets for all paid campaigns by briefing agency together with other team members and filling creative briefing sheet
  • Responsible for setting up owned SoMe content calendar and ensuring alignment with other channels (e-com, CRM, trade) and with local commercial needs.
  • Together with the rest of owned & paid media teams, be proactive to identify new opportunities in the channel to drive sales to e-com.
  • Supervises FB post messaging and assets to ensure global guidelines alignment.

In relation to marketing and ecoms communication:

  • Contribute in media campaign briefing to media agency together with other team members.
  • Responsible for the adaptation of global communication materials / creation of local digital campaigns granting alignment on all digital platforms (pandora.net, Pandora Club, social media) in close relationship with the cluster WEEU Paid & Owned media manager and teams
  • Responsible for oversee branding and always-on campaigns to ensure they are in line with media brief.

In close collaboration with other team members :

  • Analyzed owned & paid KPIS/ results using tools such as Sprinklr, etc. in close relationship with Paid & Owned media specialistand Cluster Paid & Owned Manager
  • Helps in providing weekly and monthly reports with the Media Planning analyst and benchmark competition
  • Set up campaign tracking with the support of our agencies

MORE ABOUT YOU

 

  • Masters degree in Digital Marketing
  • Strong digital & social media background
  • Experience in working with digital data analysis
  • MS Office professional (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Experience in creative materials adaptation
  • Fluent in English, French and Spanish
