In line with the brand’s continued growth, the Pandora Western Europe Marketing team is seeking a dynamic PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of the brand's roadmap in France. Reporting to the PR Manager France, you will be part of a team of three, working to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

 

  • Plan and execute the PR and Influence roadmap: Strengthen brand desire, ensure brand consistency, and support key business objectives.

  • Localize and implement global PR & Influence guidelines: Adapt global strategies to the local market, enriching them to ensure optimal execution.

  • Coordinate with PR and Influence agencies: Ensure strategic alignment with brand objectives, maintain rigorous execution, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.

  • Manage influencer relationships: Lead the roadmap and relationship management with the brand’s ambassadors and influencer crew; contribute to the design and deployment of Marketing of Influence campaigns.

  • Organize press and influencer events: Plan events to showcase new collections and other brand initiatives.

  • Execute specialized influencer marketing operations: Collaborate with journalists, key opinion leaders, and other departments to drive awareness.

  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team: Amplify Influence campaigns with targeted branding operations and Paid Media activations.

  • Identify new visibility opportunities: Seek innovative strategies to enhance brand image and presence.

  • Develop reporting and insights: Provide thorough analysis, focusing on KPIs, insights, learnings, and recommendations using various platforms.

  • Stay current with PR and marketing trends: Remain up-to-date on fashion PR, branding, and consulting innovations.

  • Support the PR agency: Create lookbooks, press releases, and special documentation as needed.

  • Merchandise management: Align PR merchandising with global recommendations.

  • Established network of press and influencers.

  • Expertise in Social Media Management (SMM) and influencer relations.

  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape.

  • Exceptional journalistic writing skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of media environments and platforms.

  • Fluency in English.

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development.
