Alternance - PR Assistant

Contract - 12 - 24 mois
Location - Paris, France
Reporting to PR and Influence Manager France, PR assistant supports and helps to put in place the brand's PR, E-PR and events' strategy for France, in accordance with the group's strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
PR AND E-PR KEY

Help with the organization of press events

Be always on the lookout to identify new opportunities to increase the brand's visibility

Create reports monthly to share with team and global

Help with the creation of documents and tools to support the press agency
PUBLIC RELATIONS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Help managing external and/or internal events, under the Brand Manager responsibility

Create event reports when necessary

Help with the showroom updates following global’s guidelines
ADMINSITRATIVE DUTIES

Upload content from global or influencers on shared data

Help with organization of shared data
-
Create lists of influencers with contact

Responsible for PO creations and budget update to be done weekly

Create orders with the help of the reception
-
Follow up on orders, sent out and gifting budget
MORE ABOUT YOU

Master's degree in marketing, PR, communications, event management
-
Fluent English and French
-
Product awareness and passion
-
Knowledge of the media environment, different media and their specific features
-
Ability to build relationships based on trust with journalists/bloggers and influencers
-
Excellent presentation and powerpoint skills
