Pandora is seeking a PR & Influence Manager France to drive its brand repositioning and transformation agenda, with a strong focus on influencer marketing and TikTok acceleration. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director Western Europe, this role will lead the local PR & Influence strategy, manage agencies and media relations, and oversee impactful press and influencer activations. The manager will also be responsible for guiding and developing a team of two PR & Influence specialists, ensuring creativity, alignment, and excellence in execution.
Your Mission
As PR & Influence Manager France, you will:

Lead PR & Influencer Strategy: Define and execute the PR & influencer roadmap for France in alignment with Pandora’s brand repositioning and transformation agenda.

Accelerate Influence Marketing: Drive the amplification of Pandora through disruptive influencer strategies with a strong focus on TikTok, emerging platforms, and next-gen creators.

Shape the Narrative: Develop compelling storytelling and brand activations that build emotional connections with consumers and reinforce Pandora’s cultural relevance.

Deliver Impactful Events: Oversee the planning and execution of press, influencer, and community events that bring Pandora’s brand world to life.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, paid media, retail, and global PR & influence teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Agency & Media Relations: Manage local PR agencies and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders.

Budget & Performance: Own the PR & influencer budget for France, ensuring efficient investment and strong ROI, with continuous monitoring and reporting.

Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of two PR & influence specialists, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.
Who You Are

A seasoned PR & Influence professional with 7+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, and brand communications, ideally within fashion, luxury, or beauty.

Proven track record of building and executing influencer-first strategies, with strong expertise in TikTok, short-form content, and creator-led campaigns.

A creative disruptor who thrives on thinking outside the box, challenging conventions, and finding bold ways to connect with audiences.

Strong network of press, influencer, and cultural connectors in France, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive earned visibility.

Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to link PR & influence activity to business outcomes and brand KPIs.

Inspiring leader with experience managing and developing teams.

Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
