About the Team 

 

Join us and play a pivotal role in transforming our omni-channel and marketplace strategies across France, Spain and Portugal by launching new features, enhancing current ones, and optimizing marketplace operations. Partner with teams and external partners to curb unauthorized sellers and ensure top-notch inventory and marketing.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

 

Omni-channel management

- Oversee daily omni services like click and collect and endless aisle in France and Spain.

- Provide commercial insights and report on KPIs with retail ops.

- Boost customer adoption of click and collect in France and Spain by collaborating with Retail Ops, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to drive omni messaging.

- Participate in A/B tests to enhance the customer journey and experience.

- Support the rollout of new omnichannel features and stay updated on the latest technologies.

- Boost customer adoption of click and collect in France by collaborating with Retail Ops, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to drive omni messaging.

 

Marketplace roll out & trading

- Oversee France and Spain marketplace rollout, negotiation, and support to minimize unauthorized sellers and optimize inventory and marketing.

- Provide regular updates on product performance, forecasts, and commercial insights.

- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams on marketing and product plans, and promotional calendars.

- Manage and maintain the branded storefront range.

- Build and own forecasts and commercial planning with internal stakeholders and partners.

- Collaborate with legal and wholesale teams to remove unauthorized sellers as well as monitoring and auditing authorized and unauthorized e-tailers.

- Ensure compliance with service policies and e-tailing guidelines.

- Serve as support for all French and Spanish marketplace and online wholesale inquiries.

 

MORE ABOUT YOU

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Fluent in Spanish and French; English is a plus.

- Proficient with omni platforms and reporting tools like Mirakl & Power Bi

- Proficient in Microsoft Office pack.
