Finance Internship
Internship - Finance and Controlling Analyst, France
Start date - January 2025
Internship of 6 months - Master 1/2 - 1500 EUR
Location - Paris
The PANDORA finance team of Western Europe is looking for a student who is interested in honing their business knowledge while helping to build financial reports in an efficient and business-focused way, leveraging data analytics. They will report to the finance controller France and be a part of a team of 8 colleagues based across Spain, Portugal and France.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Assist the business in the management of Opex and Capex retail for France, including accruals, analysis, forecast and value-added discussions with the respective stakeholders.
- Participate in the Month End Close process, granting accuracy and agility in the different task related to this process (calculation of accruals, analysis of deviations, seek opportunities for cost savings, etc.)
- Assist in the completion of the monthly reconciliation of leases and related prepayments (IFRS 16).
- Collaborate in the internal control frame in the tasks connected to retail costs.
- Be involved in projects that will help improving databases connecting Property and Finance.
- Complete the weekly sales reporting.
MORE ABOUT YOU
- Masters degree in Finance, business or equal
- Fluent English, French / Spanish is a plus
- First experience in analytics, finance, audit
- Strong excel skills
