We are looking for an innovative and results-driven E-Commerce Director to lead the digital transformation and commercial growth across the Spain, Portugal, and France markets. This role offers a great opportunity to influence the trajectory of Pandora’s digital strategy and create lasting business impact and growth.
As our new E-Commerce Director, you will take full ownership of the E-commerce commercial operations and business development, driving sales growth, optimizing cost control, and leading platform development. You will be responsible for defining and executing both E-Commerce and digital marketing strategies, ensuring they align with Pandora’s global digital vision. In this high-impact role you will work closely with Pandora’s Global Office located in Copenhagen and have a central role in Western Europe teams, collaborating seamlessly to elevate our online presence and deliver exceptional results. In addition this, Pandora has partnered with an international E-Commerce solutions provider to operate online sales on estores and to open estores in new markets. You will play a key role in facilitating collaboration between Pandora, local organizations, and the external partner.
Based in Paris, you will lead and manage a dynamic e-commerce team spread across France, Spain and Portugal. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Western Europe, you will be instrumental in shaping Pandora’s digital success across the region.
What are the key deliverables of the role?

Strategy Execution - Execute the global E-Commerce strategy provided by HQ, which focuses on strengthening and growing the relationships with our markets, clusters, the consumers, and which leverages the strong retail partner network we to drive growth and innovation across regions.

Development Leadership - Lead the coordination of all E-Commerce development activities executed by Headquarters. This includes overseeing the integration and implementation of improvements to the estore, ensuring optimal performance of the website and backend platforms.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management - Manage the digital marketing plan and calendar, ensuring that communications and campaigns support oversll sales and marketing objectives. Coordinate closely with digital media agencies to plan online media schedule, ensuring media opportunities are relevant to the target market and overall objectives.

Channel Innovation & Online Presence - Introduce new digital marketing communication channels and drive a strong online presence to enhance consumer engagement. Implement solutions aimed at improving conversion rates and driving traffic to the online store.

Collaboration with Global Team - Cooperate closely with the Global E-Commerce team in Copenhagen to ensure alignment with global initiatives.

Operational & Business Leadership - Take on local operational and business leadership to ensure the successful delivery of global E-Commerce projects, driving efficiency and business performance.

Financial & Commercial Performance - Responsible for the financial and commercial performance of the E-Commerce business.
What are the key KPIs for this role?

Ensure the successful delivery of local E-Commerce trading, merchandising, and operational plans, in line with the global strategy.

Overall responsibility for the estore’s operational forecasts, sales revenue & operational costs, and continuous monitoring of actual results

Overall responsible for evaluating opportunities within the Western Europe cluster, managing budgets, and prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, while supporting the planning and execution efforts by the team.

Proven ability to leverage analytics and insights to drive E-Commerce and broader business strategy.

Strong leadership skills with significant experience in E-Commerce, demonstrating maturity and commercial acumen to effectively contribute as part of the business leadership team.

A deep passion for the commercial side of retail E-Commerce, with a track record of accurately forecasting sales and order volumes, and successfully driving website trading strategies to meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Exceptional commercial acumen, paired with analytical, operational, and performance optimization expertise, to drive sustainable online sales growth without relying on promotions or discounting.

A natural curiosity and continuous drive to test, learn, and uncover meaningful measurements and insights to enhance all aspects of the business.
Background and personal competencies:

A proven track record of strong leadership and people management skills, with at least 5 years of experience successfully managing teams.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing E-Commerce operations and international roll-outs, preferably in B2C environments, either from a subsidiary or a Headquarter function.

Experience in budget management, including revenue forecasting, reporting, and financial responsibility.

Skilled at navigating and diplomatically managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders in diverse situations.

Pragmatic problem solver with a hands-on approach to addressing challenges.

Highly structured in both work and thought processes, with a strong focus on achieving goals and targets.

Passionate about the digital landscape and online retail, with a deep understanding of the Western European consumer shopping behaviors and retail trends.

Committed to building and motivating a strong team, with a genuine interest in fostering both professional and personal development.

Recognizes the critical role team performance plays in the success of the PANDORA e-stores and actively contributes to this dynamic.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas in a clear, concise, and structured manner. Pride in presentation and a proactive, outgoing approach to interpersonal communication.

Experience within the jewelry or fashion industry is an advantage, providing a deep understanding of the unique demands and opportunities in this sector.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.
