By joining Pandora, N°1 largest jewellery brand, you will contribute to conduct the brand development in the Western Europe cluster. You will be in charge of coordinating 360 campaign, local activations and ensure best in class execution in line with the region strategy.  In the Go-to-Market team you will have the opportunity to work closely with all channel leads (retail, media, press & influence, ecom and CRM, retail excellence) to implement concrete activations. You will support the Go-to-Market manager in conducting brand equity and market analysis to sustain the brand strategy.



Local Activations 

•    Local campaign activations : coordinate local activations for each market: project management, asset availability and ensure 360 delivery and post campaign performances.
•    Editorial content and craftmanship activations : adapt and create editorial contents (assets and tone of voice)  to elevate the brand know-how and heritage and values. Coordinate with channel team timeline orchestration and activation performances.
•    Ambassador | Influence campaign amplification : Coordinate local activations for each market: project management, asset  availability and ensure 360 delivery and post campaign performances.
•    Brand Amplification Experiences : Benchmark retail industries new trends and best in class consumer experience. Support marketing team in coordination of amplification projects. 
•    Retail activations : Create local activations for retail teams : tik tok challenges, retail or headquarter campaign activations : guideline presentation, assets and performance. 
•    Brand always on creative content : Develop cluster dedicated brand content (brand presentation,  video).


Brand Equity Performance

•    Monthly report on brand equity performance for each market
•    Update monthly brand dashboard with main market performance KPI (Traffic, Brand health, investments).
•    Support GTM Manager in consolidating quaterly marketing budget consolidation reports
•    Support GTM Manager in analysis and presentations for global and cluster top management.
•    Conduct and consolidate monthly competition and retail market benchmark


Brand Visual Identity 

•    Campaign asset adaptation for local relevancy and ensure the delivery of 360 marketing toolbox assets for  all touchpoints : Retail – CRM – Ecom – Media in collaboration with graphic design team. 

Go-to-Market Orchestration 
•    Orchestrate 360 campaign coordination from global strategy to cluster and local adaptation.
•    Orchestrate and animate project development meetings : timelines, agenda with all stakeholders, meeting minutes




  • Business | Marketing Communication degree (marketing & / or digital background)
  • Expertise in retail and or prestige – premium brands : lifestyle - jewellery - cosmetic industries 
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing functions
  • Fluent French and English. Spanish (is a plus).
