Approvisionneur
Maternity cover contract - 6 months
Pandora is currently looking for an Allocator / Approvisionneur to join our team for a temporary mission in support of our growth. The role will largely support on expansion in Iberia. Allocators across Pandora work to drive inventory productivity and efficiency across Owned and Operated stores, the e-store and outlets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
You will ensure the weekly replenishment for stores you are responsible for: you will monitor the weeks of cover at store and DV level.

You will control the replenishment system (sales curves, events, store assortment…) and will allocate according to performances of newness and sell through expected. You will ensure activated products and core products are well stocked to support the commercial calendar

You will manage the level of stock in store in order to guarantee high performance for peak period, avoid any shortage and reach the sell through target.

You will assist the allocation team on opening orders and replenishment suggestion for wholesales partners

You will provide stock analysis, weekly reporting and work close with open to buy specialist and demand planner to make sure level of stock are on track as forecasted.
MORE ABOUT YOU
-
1-4 years of experience in Merchandise Planning and Stock Management

Fluent French, good level of English, Spanish is a plus
-
Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Experience working with teams around the world

Organized and able to prioritise
-
Strong MS Office skills (with a particular focus on Excel)

Other technical skills such as APTEAN, Power BI, SAP are a huge plus
