PANDORA TURKEY IS LOOKING FOR HIS/HER SALES SUPPORT SEPRCIALIST!

 

Main Purpose of the role:

  • The Sales Support Specialist manage stores, partners and management team for necessary reports. He/she manages, data base and user lists and, ad hoc support when needed. He/She prepare all daily , weekly, monthly  quarterly and yearly, sales ,commercial ,operational and KPI reports.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage and maintain sales databases and records
  • Support meetings organization and the preparation of ad hoc presentations
  • Support the management and the permanent maintenance of the B2B platform.
  • Prepare contest presentations, update the related calendar and arrange the related prizes
  • Arrange  MPOS instructions to be delivered to the stores
  • Prepare promotional instructions to be delivered to SSC, aligned with the commercial calendar
  • Deliver sell in campaign redemption reports
  • Manage and Maintain the CMS platform
  • Upload and update weekly all the relevant session
  • Open and update AX codes.
  • Preparing all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly ;sales ,commercial ,operational and KPI reports.
  • Creating stores' monthly and yearly financial and commercial sales and KPI targets
  • Follow-up of sales in line with financial and commercial targets.
  • Manage the inter-store product transfer process

 

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS and TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales support position within a Retail company.
  • Sound working knowledge of the company business, strategies and practices.
  • Demonstrable project management expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented without losing the big picture.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
