Main purpose of the role:
|
Manage and coordinate in stock management, stores’ daily cash management, master data management and loss prevention. Lead regional organization in maintaining excellent communication streams with all departments/regional and global organization
*The role requires one day a week for the field checks.
|
|
Key accountabilities:
|
Stock and Stock Count Management
- Checks Inbounding accuracy via Stock Management Dashboard
- Informs the store managers on over / under delivered or cancelled purchase orders on a weekly basis
- Checks Outbounding (internal transfers) from MPOS D365 and notifies the stores while addressing the corrective actions. Raises the stock inquiry tickets on Pandora Assist.
- Receives and reviews the discrepancy forms from stores for the inbounds and shares them with Customer Service Department
- Manages the stock count process end to end:
- Creates the annual and handover stock count calendar in accordance with Regional Store Managers and Data Scan and follows up the implementation.
- Creates the device set transfer plan in accordance with Logistics Specialist and follows up with stores
- Pre-count: Trains the store managers on the stock count preparations, best practices, stock count steps and Dart Scan usage
- During the stock count: Actively joins the stock counts on a given schedule
- Post Count: Generates the Stock Count Landing File via generating MPOS D365 journals and does all the archiving. Informs the regional sales managers, HR and Country Manager on the findings and final landing report
- Prepares the related files for GBS reporting and ICF audit purposes
Loss Prevention
- Manages Cycle Count process
- Approves / Disapproves the manual adjustment forms received from stores
- Generates Manual Adjustment reports on a monthly basis
- Checks the procedural implementation of stock transfers, returns, inbounding, out bounding and manual adjustments.
Daily Cash Management
- Creates the daily cash and bank report on a monthly basis
- Checks each store`s daily report file within a month and provide feedback when needed
- Collaborates with SSC on reviewing the cash discrepancy reports
POSM Consumption Management
- Creates the monthly POSM order form for the stores and send the list to Solmaz Warehouse
- Monitors and adjusts the order quantities per store to hit the budget rate for POSM consumption
- Sets the order frequency for each store
- Prepares the HQ orders to be shipped to stores
Return to EDC Process
- Informs the stores about the return processes
- Monitors the return transfers via MPOS D65 and shares the lists on Share Point
- Accepts the return to HQ transfers on MPOS regularly
- Ensures accuracy of the return lists in terms system vs physical checks
New Store Opening Process
- Updates Master Data System and OPAL portal for each opening and keeps the sources updated
- Raises the tickets for new store openings to generate STS, SFS and POS numbers of the new stores
- Manages BANTAŞ and KUMSİS account openings
