Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow sales in the assigned area, achieving outstanding results.
  • Implement innovative sales strategies and continuously monitor performance objectives.
  • Coordinate and orchestrate exciting promotional initiatives to attract and engage customers.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers while constantly expanding our business.
  • Lead store teams with passion and energy, ensuring excellence standards are met.
  • Provide ongoing support and personalized coaching to develop team potential.
  • Foster a culture of success and motivation, inspiring others to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Background Requirements

  • Over 3 years of significant experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Store Manager in large-scale stores with substantial staff numbers.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid business acumen and problem-solving attitude.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all retail elements, including category management, operations, marketing, and branding.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to make shared decisions.
  • Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
