Main purpose of the role:

Supports the Property & Network Manager in all operational and administrative activities related to store development, leasing processes and store opening projects.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth project execution, accurate data management and effective coordination among internal departments and external partners, enabling timely and high-quality store openings and real estate initiatives.

Key accountabilities:

1. Real Estate & Leasing Support

  • Collects and consolidates information from developers and landlords (layouts, technical data, commercial terms)
  • Prepares lease summaries and supports updates of the lease database
  • Tracks key lease milestones (options, renewals, expiries) and alerts the team in advance
  • Supports preparation of documentation for Investment Profiles and approvals
  • Coordinates with Legal and Finance by providing accurate documentation and deal summaries

2. Store Opening & Project Coordination

  • Assists in launching new store projects and maintaining project timelines
  • Prepares and follows up on project kick-off documentation and checklists
  • Coordinates with internal departments (Store Design, IT, VM, Operations, Logistics) to collect needed inputs
  • Tracks progress, identifies delays and ensures actions are followed up
  • Organizes and maintains project folders and documentation

3. Market & Location Support

  • Supports market research activities (competition review, basic footfall and tenant mix analysis)
  • Updates road map and portfolio overview tools with relevant data
  • Prepares presentation material and reports for internal stakeholders when required

4. Operational Support

  • Manages opening-related subscriptions and service requests (electricity, water, internet etc.)
  • Coordinates IT and jewellery related orders connected to new stores
  • Liaises with suppliers for deliveries, installations and timelines
  • Supports communication with follower markets when needed

Candidate Description

Education:

 Vocational/Technical       Associates Degree      Bachelor

Field of study:

Business Administration, Architecture, City and Regional Planning, Engineering or related fields

 

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, City and Regional Planning, Engineering or related fields
  • Min. 2 years of experience in real estate, retail, construction roles
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Preferably, working knowledge of AutoCAD (ability to review plans and follow simple revisions is a plus)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
